These terms govern use of this website and information requests submitted to Tito Commerce.

Service status

Tito Commerce initially operates as a private system. Access for additional sellers is evaluated individually. Sending a request does not create a contract or guarantee availability.

Functions and approvals

The system is designed to coordinate AI agents. Purchases, spending, publishing, outreach, sensitive changes, and financial access are subject to configured approvals. AI automation may produce errors and requires supervision.

Integrations

Marketplace references describe planned or account-authorized integrations. Connections depend on credentials, approvals, and third-party terms. Tito Commerce is not endorsed by those marketplaces.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for accurate information, compliance with applicable laws and platform policies, credential security, and reviewing commercial decisions before approval.

Pricing

Services are offered by custom quote based on scope, channels, volume, and integrations. Applicable pricing and terms will be provided in writing before engagement.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available. Tito Commerce does not guarantee sales, profitability, inventory, marketplace approval, or uninterrupted operation.
